Mrs. Keya Hazra is the Co-Founder of MESD Technology and Education MESD, with over 36 years of experience across agriculture, pesticide distribution, machinery, IT-enabled business operations, and multi-company leadership. She brings strong business insight, operational experience, and entrepreneurial vision to MESD’s growth in technology, education, skill development, and business innovation.
Ms. Ananya Ghosh is an experienced education professional with more than five years of experience in teaching, training, student counselling, and skill development. She currently serves as Director at MESD Technology and Education MESD, where she actively contributes to academic planning, student guidance, professional training, and education-focused business development. With strong knowledge of the education sector and a deep commitment to skill-based learning, she plays a key role in helping students identify career opportunities, build confidence, and develop employability-oriented skills. Her vision is to strengthen MESD’s mission of empowering learners through quality education, practical training, and career-focused counselling. She is also passionate about promoting women empowerment through entrepreneurship and believes in building business initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for students, women, and aspiring professionals.
Mr. Rathindra Narayan Hazra is an experienced business professional with over 36 years of expertise as a dealer and wholesaler in the fertilizer and pesticide industry. He holds an M.Sc. in Botany, which gives him strong domain knowledge in agriculture, plant science, crop inputs, and agro-based business operations. With decades of practical experience in business management, market networking, product distribution, customer relationship handling, and agricultural trade, he brings valuable strategic insight to MESD Technology and Education MESD. His deep understanding of rural markets, agri-business operations, and dealer-wholesaler ecosystems supports the company’s vision in business development, agriculture-focused initiatives, and community-oriented growth. As an Advisor to the Director and Core Team Member, Mr. Hazra provides guidance in business strategy, operational planning, market expansion, agriculture-sector engagement, and long-term organizational development. His experience strengthens MESD’s mission of building practical, sustainable, and impact-driven solutions across technology, education, and agri-business domains.
Professor Dr. Suneet Kumar Gupta is an academic leader, AI researcher, and Director, AIT-CSE, Chandigarh University, with 17+ years of experience in Computer Science and Engineering. His expertise includes Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Healthcare AI, Explainable AI, Federated Learning, Computer Vision, IoT, Blockchain, and Intelligent Systems. As an Advisor to MESD Technology and Education MESD, he supports research-driven education, AI innovation, curriculum development, faculty mentoring, and industry-academia collaboration.
Mr. Vibhav Ranjan is an Assistant Professor at Rishihood University. His work focuses on deep learning, computer vision, neural networks, and AI-driven applications in healthcare. As an Advisor to MESD Technology and Education MESD, he supports academic planning, AI training initiatives, curriculum development, research-based learning, and student mentorship.

Prof. (Dr.) Shamneesh Sharma has over 15 years of experience in academic operations, digital education, academic delivery, and student success. He currently serves as Lead Operations at byteXL TechEd Private Limited, Hyderabad. Previously, he worked with upGrad Education Private Limited, Bangalore, as Senior Manager – Academic Delivery and Student Success. He has managed academic delivery for more than 2,000 learners across diverse programs and has worked extensively on learner engagement, institutional alignment, B2B university partnerships, regulatory compliance, cloud computing, and curriculum design.
